14th May @ the Cave

Went to the Cave again on the 14th this month.;)
Second time.
The first was on the 14th January this year.hehe.

14th.
A very special date for Josh and I. (=

In the afternoon, i went to KLCC cuz i had to do a COD (cash on delivery) with a Dr.Pizzicato's customer. Josh was supposed to go together with me but he had last minute college commitments so he couldn't make it. After the COD, i went walking around cuz it was a long time ago since i went to KLCC.
Its really a very cosy place to be in. Just like Pavilion.;)
Not too crowded and conjested...or smoke-filled like...Sg.Wang?

My feet started hurting due to the studded wedges..it was slicing the back of my feet.=(
With every step, it got worse.
Limping, i went to Guardian to get plasters.
Had to get it fast before the wound got deeper.

Felt much better after sticking them on! hehe
Then off i went to Topshop,GAP, Zara..where else? urh..i forgot.
Anyhoo, i ended up buying a really, really awesome pair of Baxter skinny jeans from Topshop. Oh, and a Petite range UK 4 white tank top. ;) and and...a black faux leather wallet for someone. ;p

Me just loveee how the skinny jeans hugs every curves to perfection.
I must say its even better than my Levi's Slim Fit. Although i do love my Levi's lots.
Hopefully, i'll be able to wear these for a long long time..=)
Jeans are always good&worthwhile investments. Cuz i don't think they'll be going in and out of season like most trends.
If you take good care of em jeans, you can even wear it up to 10 years or more.
And one will always be needing a good jeans for lazy casual days especially.haha.

Me heart skinnies! =D

Later on, Josh picked me up from Masjid Jamek station and we went on a mini road trip sort of thing...
Stopped by Tropicana City Mall
Nothing much there though.Prolly cuz they opened at a time when the economic meltdown hit?
But yay! We managed to get Subway sandwiches! wahaha

And the Sub of the day was our favs too--- Turkey ham &breast.
I'm totally addicted to Subway now!
And did i forget to mention, Krispy Kreme orginal glazed doughnuts?!!
arggh.
Why are there so many sweet temptations? =/
And they just have to get me hooked when im trying not to spend so much on things that will eventually go into the toilet bowl.

Second stop: Gelato Fruity ice cream kiosk

We had rum and raisins and After 8 chocolate mint flavoured ice creams!
wa wa wa..really bloated already larh....
Why so many yummy food one?
Gotta resist temptations!
Failed miserably.
Was too bloated to walk normally...so we took a slow stroll to the carpark...HAHA

And finally, we arrived at the Cave around 7++ pm. =)

Tadah!
oops.
Didnt take any pics of the Cave cuz i already took loadsss the previous time.

Random shot.
What are you doing hiding there??

Josh browsing thru the menu.
Must be thinking '' Crap. This is burning a hole in my wallet.Again.''
XD
After the Cave did some mini renovations, the prices of their food really hiked up quite a bit.

Happy people. =DDD

Happy happy. haha.

My gift for that someone.

Sidetrack a little...
My hair has regrowths.Pretty fast..hmm..
Can you see the 2 inch long regrowths at my scalp?
Not really visible in reality though.
All thanks to the rather natural-looking dye i had.
Blends well with the regrowths. ;)

*Look of the day*
Denim Jumpsuit from Pumpkin.
Vintage Vamp in orangey Tan from Dr.Pizzicato.
Multistudded chestnut wedges (which you can't see) from Go Jane.
White top from Roxy in Bali.
Beaded bracelets from Forever 21.
Meow meow chain necklace from my beloved mummy! haha

That's all folks..=D
Will update about my secret getaway to a hill up north, soon.
A lil break to well, breakaway from the heat spells in KL.

The Little Things

You know you're sinking into idleness when you start snapping photos of irrelevant stuffs...such as...

This.

If you're wondering what this is, its Skin Food's Rose Cheek Chock.
In plain english, its a blusher.
(In case you still don't get it, ask your mum or sis.)

This is the gel cream type.
My first time trying the cream type instead of the usual powder ones..
And i must say, this is really good. At least its value for money. Not like some overpriced goods which turn out to be rip offs.
It gives a healthy glow, somewhat like you've just stepped out of a gym kinda pinkish glow, ya know?

But i notice it needs to be reapplied every few hours cuz it wears off pretty easily.
Yet, i luv it! eheh ;)

I've started trying Skin Food instead of Body Shop recently. Just for a change.
I've always been attracted to stuffs with sweet packagings. Argh..can't help it.

Guess whats this?
Muahaha.

yup, its the keratins. Urr..what am i talking?
i mean they're strands of hairs.
My hair.

More like a whole chunk of them.
I love the colour..although my hair's regrowths cant really be seen cuz its a chocolatey brown with red base. =)
Hmm..im contemplating on cropping my hair short after my curls grow out..
should i?
hmm...

Getting really ''wu liao'' already....

And now..pics of me...urm..

Taken at mamak.
All dressed down for a good time of chilling~

Look out Point at Langat Hill.
Taken at Haven @ the Peak, a restaurant. (shall not comment on what happened there..)
Erm..my face looks bit puffy here..Maybe due to inconsistent sleeping hours?
or make up malfunction. =.=

And this i like!
=)
One of Dr.Pizzicato's latest collection:
A Topshop inspired Frill Empire sleeve dress
in one of my fav shades ---
Teal!
I really almost bought a similar one at Topshop which costs a whopping RM240!
Thankfully, stumbled upon this beauty. hehe.
Also available in Plum, Orangey red, Mustard and Black.
All the classic and in colours of this season. ;)

A classic dress for everyday wear~

Heart it to bits! =)

Rojak-ed Post

Just came back from a new concept mamak with my family at Tmn Permaisuri called 'Q' Bistro. haha.
Bistro you ask?
The concept is really neat. And its decorated to look like an upper class kopitiam.
Guess the kopitiam concept has really taken our country by storm eh?
From Old Town to Pappa Rich to Pak Hailam and now a mamak called bistro?
WOW.
What next?
..................
(fill in the blanks)

It's my mummy's bday today by the way!
She turning 37!
Happy Birthday mummy! =)
hahaha.
I was just kiddin of course.
But you have to admit, my mum looks like she's my sister!
at least some people do say so.And by some, i mean alot.
Don't have a recent pic of her now..but she looks flattering in person.teehee.
And im a splitting image of her.
Not i cakap punya okie..But well, i guess its true.

Went to Hotel Nikko last week to celebrate Josh's parents anniversary. =)
The food was awesome possum.hehe.
But what i enjoyed most was the company. Oh, and taking photos. =p

Us
Weee! me like how Josh's shirt looks so fitting on him. And it's a gift from me.=P
As for the dress im wearing, its Graphic Dash, from Dr.Pizzicato itself.

Coach Signature Patent Stripe Tote in Magenta.
arrrgh.
Love of all loves.
*faints*

I worked hard for this.
Well, probably not that hard actually..
hmm.
But at least im coming out with my own moolahs(cash) to purchase this baby.

Dad will never come out with a cent for these kinda things.
Even mummy, although i reckon she would, with a bit of persuasion, but no.
If i want anything which is beyond basic necessities, it has to come from my own pocket.
That includes even flip flops and moisturizers.
Designer or luxury items are out of the question.haha.

And it feels better when you purchase something with your own sweat and blood.
Not relying on others' hard earned money.
=)

Can't wait for it to arrive from the States.
I simply loveee the shade of hot pink, its so so sweeeet and feminine.
Wanted to get a classic brown one..just like an LV monogram..but then again, i want to delay being an aunty for a lil while more... (=
And Magenta is simply such a gorgeous shade, don't ya think?
And i almost couldn't get my hands on it.huhu.
thankfully, got it.
*squeals!*

Just had a hair cut with Josh on Thursday.
Trimmed the frizzy ends and my very long fringe.
But why my hair looks so short now wan...?
And he had almost like a total makeover with his hair! haha
Me like. =D
At least it looks less like a bird's nest? teehee
Can lay eggs already..
And also, he can think better with the extra weight chopped off his head.

His finals is next week.
All the best dearie. =)
It's the final straw, just give your best shot.

Oh..and..and..the haicut for the both of us only cost us RM 20. ;)
Yeah..we're cheapskates in a way.
Muahahaha.

This is for my own amusement.
Since its into the wee hours of the morning and i still dun feel like sleeping...

Shoe Frenzy.. and other minute rants

I'm actually very much in love with em Go Jane shoes now.
They're just so so tempting!
Well, im not exactly shopping, cuz i dun actually walk around malls to shop.
Haven't really got time for those since im quite caught up with my day job and online boutique.
This is my last month teaching tuition too,by the way.=P

With just the click of a mouse, i get to place my order and then wait for those gorgeous heels to arrive at my doorstep.
Takes about 3 weeks for these shoes to be shipped from the States.
Since these are imported from the States, the price is also pretty hefty.*really burning a hole in my pocket.gargh*
But when you slip on these heels, you can't help but feel its all worth the dwindling bank account and the long wait.
HAHA.
But honestly, they are real comfy!!
My first batch of orders includes this:

Phyton Wedge.
Ah, wedges!
the kind of shoes that marries comfort and style! =)
me like.

and

Carrie Bradshaw heels, as seen in Sex in the City.
Haven't got an exact pic..hmm.
But it looks exactly like this:
Except that its tan colour blocks and is made of velvet! =D

Wore my 5'' Bradshaw heels to church today.
Some of you may have noticed it.=P

And my latest splurge includes these two one-of-a-kind heels:

Again, wedges!
They're actually the only kind of shoes i can wear for hours, including a trip to the mall, without hurting my soles.=)))
Now you know why i lovee em?
This Chesnut Studded wedges has such a rock and roll vibe to it.
I'm really so into the rock chic look nowadays.
Don a biker jacket and floral dress to get that very 'London' look.
And oxford booties too, if you'd like.=)

See the carved heels!
*yummm*
They're what i call Architectural heels.
I had a tough time deciding what colour to get, cuz there was lavender, black, yellow, etc.
But i finally decided to get this in turquoise cuz its just such an exlcusive shade!
And of course, its pretty easy to match this with my clothes.hehe.

Hopefully these heels are meant for walking~

Just had my first ever Dr.Pizzicato (that's my e-boutique, for those of you who don't know yet) bazaar at SoHo KL, Solaris Mont Kiara last Saturday.=)
Here's how my humble booth looked like:

Each vendors are given a 6 feetx6 feet selling space.
Not very spacious actually.
The distance between vendors is only about 1 feet.

Twas really really hot. Only air coolers provided with the sun basking in its glory. As if trying to squeeze the very sweat out of us.
But i couldn't complain, could i?
afterall, i was the one who was so gung-ho about this whole bazaar idea.haha.

And the whole family troop had to tag along to show their moral support for me.=D
Thanks so very much mum, dad and sis. *And bro, even though you were busy marching at your NS camp in Melaka. Missing you!*
And of course, not forgetting dear Josh who stayed with me from 10am to close to 10pm.
Which is a long stretch of 12 hours.
And who bought me sandwiches and red dates can drinks from Cold Storage when i was almost fainting from excessive heat.
Thanks so much for your sacrifice dearie.=)

And its no wonder i got such a dark tan!
Imagine having the sun shining directly at you for at least 6 hours. =/

Anyway, i would still say it was a great experience!
Manage to sell quite a number items eventhough not as much as i would have liked.hehe.
And to be honest, the crowd wasn't even close to 7000, as promised.
But still, i should pat myself on the back for managing it thus far, don't ya think? =)
And also, i couldn't have done it with the Lord favour and the support of my loved ones.

On a separate note, here's a few of my latest collections from Dr.Pizzicato:

A Grecian Goddess dress.
Available in Creamy Beige, Black, Innocent white and Nude Grey.
I totally heart the amazing chiffon material and those detailed ruchings!
Makes it look very ethereal.
And who doesn't like dual toned pieces with a tulip cut skirt, aye?
It's simply too good to resist.
*and the photo fails to demonstrate how awesome it actually is in reality!*

A kerchief maxi dress.=)
Love the floral burst and array of colours.
Happy happy happy.=D
And its downright affordable okaaay..
only RM 49.
*Normally maxis retails at at least RM 55-60*

Haha this is quite a massive update, with over 10 or more items updated at once!
Ranging from high waisted denims, zippy dresses, ruffles, polkas, vintage bags and Chanel-inspired ones.
Eveything which is so in this very moment.;)

Be sure to check it out at Dr.Pizzicato, and if you see anything you like, just beep me alritey.=)
Online shopping is easier than you think.
No fuss, no muss.
Click away already! ahaha

Cheersssss.
